This design blends duality, nostalgia, and movement. I paired a nature landscape with an automobile and photography with hand drawn elements. I used a winding mountain road to reflect the album’s introspective journey, adding an illustration of Frank’s bmw e30 that is often seen in his music covers. The Japanese character for "ocean" (海) adds a subtle credit to the artist. I added both titles Blonde and Blond on my cover. The album explores themes of masculinity, sexuality, heartbreak, loss, and duality. In French, Blonde is feminine and Blond is masculine; this adds to the album’s journey of sexual identity. The process involved photo editing, illustration, and layout design to create a cohesive aesthetic that complements the album’s tone.
