Hi! I’m Skye, I am a Kazakh illustrator and sculptor and I am studying graphic design at Montana State University. I’ve been creating art for as long as I can remember. I grew up with Glacier National Park in my backyard and my favorite place to be is on a mountain. I gravitate toward dark colors and organic shapes in my art. My artwork is an extension of my beliefs and practices that are heavily related to nature, emotions, and melancholy. I explore personal self-discovery, nostalgia, and the healing process through art, in order to learn more about myself and resonate with people all over the world.
